Hourly wage rates (2025-2026) vary by classification and seniority. For example, a 'Cariste' (forklift operator) earns $21.65-$22.08 (0-12 months) and $22.08-$22.52 (12-24 months). 'Preparateur de commande' (order picker) earns $20.56-$20.97 (0-12 months) and $20.97-$21.39 (12-24 months). Evening shift premiums are $1.25-$1.32/hour. Seniority bonuses: $0.40/hour (5-10 years), $0.80/hour (10-20 years), $1.00/hour (20+ years). Special premiums for certain roles (e.g., team leader, inventory, yard) range from $1.32 to $2.16/hour. Probationary employees earn $0.50/hour less. Special schedules (e.g., 3x12-hour shifts) have guaranteed hours and overtime after 36 hours.
