general Summary

This collective agreement is between Global Montreal, a division of Corus Television Limited Partnership (on behalf of its general partner Corus Television G.P. Inc.), and the Union of Employees of Global Montreal, Local 4502, Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE). The agreement is effective from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2026, and will automatically renew year to year unless either party gives notice of intent to renew or revise within the specified period. If such notice is given, the agreement remains in force until a new agreement is reached or the requirements of the Canada Labour Code regarding strike or lockout are met. The agreement was signed in Montreal on October 35, 2024.
