Employees receive annual leave: up to 4 weeks (8% indemnity for 10+ years), 10 paid statutory holidays, and social leave for bereavement and family events. The Batirente retirement plan is available with payroll deductions. A collective insurance program may be implemented if adopted by majority vote, with 100% of premiums paid by employees. Additional benefits include paid training, uniform provision, and reimbursement for work-related travel and legal defense in job-related lawsuits.

Hourly wage rates are: $19.92 (from signature to September 30, 2024), $20.42 (October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025), and $20.93 (October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026). Overtime is paid at 150% after 40 hours per week. Premiums include: $0.40/hour for first aid, $0.20/hour for defibrillator certification, $3.00/hour for use of personal vehicle as shelter, $1.00/hour for ASP certification, $1.50/hour for supervisory roles, $6.00/hour for 'D' permit, $1.00/hour for night work, and retention bonuses from $0.75 to $1.50/hour based on seniority. Retroactive pay applies for certain employees. Pay is by direct deposit every 16 days or less.

The collective agreement is between the Syndicat des agentes et agents de sécurité des chantiers de construction CSN and Groupe de Sécurité Garda S.E.N.C. (GardaWorld). The contract is effective from its signature in 2024 and expires on September 30, 2026. All provisions remain in force until renewal or until a strike or lockout is declared. The agreement was signed in Montreal.
