Salaries are set out in Appendix A, with a Housekeeping Worker pay scale ranging from $17.80 to $21.06 per hour (April 1, 2023), increasing to $18.24-$21.59 (April 1, 2024), and $18.61-$22.02 (April 1, 2025). Overtime is paid at 2x the basic rate for hours worked beyond 7.25, 7.5, or 8 hours per day, depending on classification. Premiums include $2.25/hour for Night/Weekend Lead Hand, $2.00/hour for Store Attendant, $1.75/hour for night shift (2300-0700), $1.50/hour for Project Worker, $1.75/hour for weekend work, and $1.00/hour for training new employees. Paydays are bi-weekly. Call-back pay is a minimum of 3 hours. No pyramiding of premiums is allowed; only the highest applies.
