Benefits include vacation (2-7 weeks based on service), paid general holidays (10 named days plus 2 personal floating holidays), and various leaves (bereavement, jury duty, domestic violence, etc.). Health and welfare benefits cover medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and a defined contribution pension plan (3-5% employee/4-6% employer contributions). Safety equipment, coveralls, and a $225 annual safety footwear allowance are provided. Disability management and return-to-work programs are detailed, and surviving dependents receive extended health coverage for three months after an employee's death.

Compensation is detailed in Schedules A and AA. Wage rates for 2023-2027 are provided for various roles, including vacation relief, operators, oilers, lead hands, tradespersons, and apprentices. For example, a ticketed tradesperson's wage increases from $47.12/hr (2023) to $51.51/hr (2027). Grouped job rates (Schedule AA) range from $32.79/hr to $37.71/hr in 2023, with annual increases. Overtime is paid at 1.5x the regular rate for holidays and personal floating holidays. Premiums include $0.50/hr for tradespersons with multiple certifications. Overtime procedures and Sunday premiums are also specified in Letters of Understanding.

This collective agreement is between Weyerhaeuser Company Ltd. (Drayton Valley, Alberta) and United Steelworkers, Local 1-207 (Edmonton, Alberta). The agreement is effective from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2028. It covers all bargaining unit employees at the Drayton Valley operations, setting out terms for employment, union recognition, and contract duration.
