- Shunter (Calgary): $27.31/hr (2023), $27.92/hr (2024), $28.62/hr (2025)
- Waste Driver: $29.54/hr (2023), $30.20/hr (2024), $30.95/hr (2025)
- Overtime: Calgary–Coronation drivers paid hourly rate for time over 11 hours/day
- Trainer premium: $75/day
- Safety boot reimbursement: Up to $200/year
- Medical exam reimbursement: After 1 year of service
- Length of Service Recognition Program (LSRP): $65/year of service + $65/month worked, paid annually before Dec 25 (e.g., 10 years + 12 months = $1,430)
