compensation Summary
Wages are set out in Schedule A, with annual increases on June 1, 2024, and June 1, 2025. Example rates (June 1, 2024): Ramp & Bag Room Agents start at $21.65/hr, Lead Ramp Agents at $27.04/hr, Passenger Service Agents at $20.75/hr, Cabin Service Agents at $19.06/hr, Tow Agents at $23.04/hr, and Brake Riders at $22.54/hr. Premiums include AVOP ($0.50-$1.00/hr), wide body ($1.00/hr), language ($1.50-$2.00/hr), ticketing ($2.00/hr), training ($2.00/hr), and shift premium ($1.00/hr for shifts starting 22:31-03:31). Overtime is paid at 1.5x for hours over 8/day or 40/week (full-time) or 30/week (part-time), and for work on scheduled days off or holidays. Overtime can be banked. Special premiums apply for certain tasks (e.g., tow premium of $30/tow). Wages are paid bi-weekly.

This collective agreement is between Menzies Aviation (Canada) Ltd. (the Company) and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (the Union), represented by District Lodge 140 & Local Lodge 2413.
