Compensation includes detailed wage scales for First Officers, Captain Qualified First Officers, and Captains, with annual increases for 2024, 2025, and 2026. For example, First Officer pay ranges from $73,300 to $100,516 (2024-2026), and Captain pay ranges from $118,063 to $153,024 (2024-2026), depending on step and years of service. There is a one-time market adjustment in 2024 and a 3% retroactive wage increase applied to all earnings from March 1, 2024. Overtime for excess shifts is paid at 1.5x at year-end, and statutory holiday pay is 12 hours at 1.5x in addition to regular pay. Pay periods are bi-weekly, and errors over $250 are corrected within 7 days. Long-term service recognition stipends are provided for 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30+ years of service.

This collective agreement is between Ornge Air (the employer) and its Fixed Wing Pilots, represented by the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), AFL-CIO & CLC. The agreement is effective from March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2027, and will continue automatically unless either party gives written notice of termination or amendment within 90 days prior to expiry. The agreement was awarded on October 1, 2024. Signatories include representatives from both the union and the company.
