Direct General Partner Corporation on behalf of Direct Limited Partnership O/A Canada Cartage Logistics Solutions

Benefits are detailed in Appendix B and C. The Company provides a Health & Welfare Plan matching the Teamsters National Benefit Plan, covering group life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short and long-term disability, dental, and extended health, with 100% employer payment except for major restorative dental coverage for dependents under 19 (80%). The Company participates in the Teamsters National Pension Plan, with eligibility for regular employees starting the first day of the month coincident with or following their regular employment date. The plan is governed by a Board of Trustees and a Trust Agreement.

Compensation details are outlined in Appendix A. Wage rates for classifications such as Warehouse A, Warehouse B, CSR, and Part-Time employees are specified with incremental increases from November 1, 2023, through November 1, 2027. Premiums include Lead Hand premium ($1.00 to $2.00 hourly), Reach Truck premium ($1.00 hourly), and Afternoon Shift premium ($0.80 hourly). A one-time signing bonus of $250 is payable by December 20, 2024. New hires for CSR and Warehouse workers receive $0.50 less per hour for the first six months.

The collective agreement is between Direct General Partner Corporation on behalf of Direct Limited Partnership dba as Canada Cartage Logistics Solutions and Teamsters Local Union No. 31, Chartered by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. The agreement is effective from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2028.
