The Employer provides a co-share Health and Welfare plan for full-time eligible employees, with employees paying $73.04/month for family coverage and $23.70/month for single coverage. Vision coverage includes $250 every 24 months for frames, lenses, and contacts for employees and dependents up to age 18. Basic dental coverage maximum increased from $1000 to $1500 annually. Various leaves are provided including maternity, parental, compassionate care, bereavement, personal, paid medical leave, and jury duty. Employees pay a deposit for uniforms; employer provides safety and winter clothing and reimburses up to $100 every 12 months for footwear. Workers' compensation coverage is provided under Alberta law or equivalent. The Employer promotes mental health awareness in the workplace.

Wage rates start at $23.46 on September 1, 2023, with 3% increases on September 1, 2024 ($25.50) and September 1, 2025 ($26.26), reaching $27.05 in the final year. A signing bonus of $750 is paid to bargaining unit members within 4 weeks of ratification. Employees are paid bi-weekly. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours beyond standard hours as per Canada Labour Code averaging rules. Training outside shifts is paid at straight time. Employer covers 100% of staff parking costs at Calgary International Airport.

The collective agreement is between A.S.P. Incorporated Calgary International Airport (Employer) and General Teamsters, Local Union No. 362 affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (Union). The agreement is effective from June 30, 2023, to August 31, 2026.
