Benefits include vacation leave accrued monthly based on years of service, sick leave provisions, and various leave types such as maternity, parental, bereavement, and union business leave. Part-time employees receive prorated benefits and specific provisions for overtime, holidays, and severance pay. Leave is granted on an hourly basis with specific rules for accumulation, usage, and conversion. The agreement also includes provisions for travel-related leave and accommodations for religious observance.

Compensation includes detailed annual pay scales for various classifications within the LES and PO groups, effective from 2016 through 2025, with scheduled wage adjustments and restructures. Overtime is compensated at time and a half for the first 7.5 hours and double time thereafter, with options for compensatory leave. Additional pay provisions include standby pay, call-back pay, meal allowances during overtime, and transportation expense reimbursements. Acting pay is provided when employees perform higher classification duties for at least three consecutive days.

The collective agreement is between the Treasury Board of Canada (the Employer) and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 104, covering the Law Enforcement Support and Police Operations Support Group employees. The agreement is effective from the date of signing in July 2023 and expires on December 31, 2025.
